MAW Auto Journey – From Concept to Completion

At MAW, we believe that vision without execution is just a dream. The MAW Auto Journey stands as a testament to what focused planning, collaborative execution, and relentless commitment can achieve. In just 18 months, a concept transformed into a fully operational facility—delivering results, products, and innovation.

Project Overview

This ambitious initiative—developed in close collaboration with Yamaha Motor Co. (YMC), Yamaha Motor India Group (YMIG), and the MAW team—was built to support critical functions such as:

• CBU Warehouse
• Parts Warehouse
• Staff Canteen
• Staff Quarters
• Future Line Expansion

Key Project Milestones

From initial sign-offs to multiple product launches, here’s how the journey unfolded:

• TCA Sign Off – February 2022
• BSA Sign Off – August 2022
• Civil & MEP Works Completion – April 2023
• First Product Launch (FZ V3 ABS) – June 2023
