In mid-2023, MAW Enterprise and Batas Organization formed a strategic joint venture, BATAS MAW Commercial Vehicles to become the sole authorized distributor of Eicher in Nepal. Before the joint venture, Eicher branded trucks and buses had been present in Nepal and distributed by the Batas Group (as the official importer) for over two decades.

The partnership has delivered strong results in a short span of time. In 2024, BATAS MAW Commercial Vehicles was recognized with the Strong Revival in Sales and Customer Service Award at the Global Annual Conference for its outstanding performance during the 2023–24 period. Building on this momentum, Eicher secured the No. 2 position in the commercial vehicle segment for two consecutive months, and in September 2025, achieved a major milestone by emerging as the No. 1 player in Nepal’s commercial vehicle industry, capturing an impressive 53% market share.

Currently the brand operates 9 Company operated & 5 Dealer Sales & Service station across key locations in Nepal. Eicher enhance customer engagement through regular service initiatives, In 2025 it has successfully conducted 4 camps: Monsoon Service Camp, EV Monsoon Service Camp, Bus Service Camp, & Mega Service Camp. Also it has been providing door to door service at Surkhet
