When I look back on my journey with MAW Rides Pvt. Ltd., I see more than just the years; I see growth, challenges and transformation.

I joined Yamaha ten years ago as an executive. At that time, I was eager to learn and build something meaningful, but I never imagined how much this journey would shape me. Today, serving as the Regional Manager of Yamaha Spare Parts, I feel proud of how far I have come.

This journey would not have been possible without the constant support and guidance from the Yamaha team. I am truly thankful for the opportunities I have been given and the people who have helped me grow along the way.

One of the most important lessons I have learned is simple yet powerful- Learn to adapt and evolve yourself with time to move forward in life and achieve better growth. This mindset has helped me navigate challenges and embrace new responsibilities with confidence.

Yamaha has not only provided me with professional opportunities but has also played a significant role in my personal development. Through various trainings, I have been able to strengthen my management skills, improve my communication and grow as a leader. These experiences have opened doors to abundant opportunities and helped me become a better version of myself.
